UPDATED 3/13/20 WITH AUCTION MODIFICATIONS:
In light of the recent announcements by Kate Brown regarding the group gathering ban – I-5 Auctions are making the following announcement impacting the auction scheduled for March 15:
THE SALE WILL STILL BE CONDUCTED ON SUNDAY AS SCHEDULED with the following modifications:
1. Only outside lots will be sold, with the auction still starting at 10am. SMALL TOOLS AND OTHER INSIDE LOTS WILL NOT BE SOLD THIS SUNDAY - In the interest of public health, we are conducting the sale with OUTSIDE LOTS only. This will enable us to ensure ample space to provide for social distancing requirements.
2. We will have multiple hand washing stations on site.
3. Office staff will regularly wipe down all high contact surfaces with antibacterial wipes, and provide single use pens for customers.
4. If you are experiencing any of the symptoms described by the CDC - PLEASE STAY HOME. We want all of our customers to be safe, and put their health and the health of others FIRST.

Cash, credit cards, cashier's check, or your approved company or personal check. Additional 3% fee will be added to all Credit / Debit card payments. No purchases may be removed until paid for in full. Purchasers paying with personal or business checks may not take delivery of sale items in excess of $2,000 without a letter of guarantee from their bank. Letters of guarantee must be appropriately dated and addressed to "I-5 Auctions" and state, "This letter of guarantee is not revocable and Bank will guarantee payment on purchaser's check even in the event purchaser places or attempts to place a stop payment order on his or her check." All purchasers must read and acknowledge the terms of sale provided at the auction. All items are sold "as is, where is" with no express or implied warranties. I-5 Auctions shall not be held responsible for advertising inaccuracies. A 10% buyer's premium will be applied to all purchases.
